Büchner-Verlag
Büchner titles undergo a strict reviewing process. All book proposals and manuscripts, after an initial assessment and upon receipt of the complete manuscript, are submitted to the publisher’s in‐house editors and/or – depending on the subject matter and its scope – to collaborating experts. If the manuscript is suitable for publication in a series, it is also submitted to the editor(s) of the series for the purpose of review. The majority of Büchner’s academic literature are dissertations or other scholarly works for which evaluations by experts of the relevant discipline already exist; those available evaluations are taken into account. In order to maintain the high‐quality standards of Büchner publications, all reviewing editors are either experienced scholars related to a scientific institution and/or are experienced editors in publishing with an academic background in the respective field.
